I'm Pastor Dave West, lead pastor for the wonderful people and ministry team of Cross Roads Community Church.  My wife of 30 years is Dreama.  I am father to Brent and Britney, have an incredible son-in-law, Eli Wyatt, and three incredible grandchildren, Hayden, Elijah, and Miley.  

The Lord has equipped me to become many things: husband, father, grandfather, and shepherd to His people at Cross Roads Community Church, and the people in the San Juan County area. 

As Pastor, I am committed to leading His people in building the Kingdom through solid Biblical application for the whole family, Spirit filled worship services, and prayer and care commanded by our Lord Jesus.

Engage Youth Ministries

Greetings!  My name is Wade Elftman and I am the Youth Pastor at Cross Roads Community Church and ENGAGE Youth Ministry.  My beautiful wife Jayme and I have been attending Cross Roads since 2007.  We have a two sons Gavin and Riley.

I have been working with the CRCC Engage Youth since I moved to Farmington in June, 2007.  I  rock out with our youth band playing guitar, singing or even playing the drums.  I don't do break-dancin' but our teens sure love watching me try.  

Before moving to Farmington, I had the privilege of serving the Lord as Youth Pastor at Roswell Central Church of the Nazarene.  I attended Southern Nazarene University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Theology Ministry. 

My wife Jayme is a teacher and administrator at CRCC Acts Christian Academy. Jayme loves hanging out with the youth group and supports the youth ministry 100%.  Awesome Jayme!

Our lives and ministry are based on Acts 2:17 which says "In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.  Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams."  I believe that no matter at what age, God has called us to do great things for Him -  and I am grateful to be a part of that ministry.

My Name is Joleen Bowling.  I am married to Aaron Bowling.  We have been together since 1995.  We have 2 wonderful children:  Thomas, who attends Acts Christian Academy and Matthew, who attends First Steps Child Care Center.  I have been in Early Childhood Education since 2000, and I have attended Cross Roads since 2003.  God has blessed me with the opportunity to combine my love for children and my passion for the church together and direct the First Steps Child Care Center.

Hey! I'm Jayme Elftman and I am the Assistant Administrator at Acts Christian Academy. I am Pastor Wade Elftman's wife and we have two beautiful boys, Gavin and Riley. The Lord opened the door for me to come to Acts two years ago. I have taught 4th-8th grade here at Acts, and currently I am running the school office. I believe that if we train children when they are young, when they are old they will not turn from it (Prov. 22:6). At Acts, we see on a daily basis what God can do in and through young children.
